The program content over the two days focused on training activities regarding the design and management of Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects, aiming to promote the internationalization of higher education in Vietnam. Project members discussed, reviewed, and evaluated the project’s results achieved so far, continued to orient the building of sustainable value in education, and established the structure of a Virtual International Centre with the goal of connecting domestic and international universities. In addition to training on curriculum overview, quality management for project design and implementation, quality management for partnership building and cooperation agreements, and developing effective communication methods, the program also introduced tools supporting internationalization such as an information portal for students and lecturers, the Internationalization Performance Indicators set, a partner-matching platform, as well as strategies for long-term cooperation and risk management, thereby creating effective cooperation models and ensuring the sustainability and long-term impact of projects after their conclusion.

The next session and working meeting of the STRIVE project is scheduled to take place in Portugal in March 2025 to provide training on project budget management and the development of implementation plans for CBHE projects.
