Within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) project funded by the European Union, established between Phu Xuan University (Vietnam) and [Partner University Name], student exchange scholarships are offered to qualified applicants from the Faculty of [Name of Faculty], Phu Xuan University. Details are as follows:
- Eligibility Criteria and Requirements for Applicants

- Required Application Documents
- Scanned copy of passport or national ID card (CCCD).

(Parents may obtain certification from their workplace or a pension statement. If unemployed, confirmation of no income must be issued by the local authority)
- Academic transcript with English translation.
- Scanned copy of a foreign language proficiency certificate.
- Learning Agreement (using the prescribed Erasmus+ form).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English, following the Europass template (maximum two pages).
- Certification of disadvantaged background or disability (if applicable).
- Letters of recommendation and/or academic, internship, or extracurricular activity certificates (if applicable).
- Application Submission
- All application documents must be sent via email to itacentro@pxu.edu.vn between [start date] and [end date] (Vietnam time).
- The total file size must not exceed 20 MB.
- The email subject line should be clearly written as:
“Erasmus Student Mobility [academic year] – [Partner University Name]”.
- Rights and Obligations of Scholarship Recipients
Rights:
• Monthly scholarship and travel allowance (as specified by Erasmus+ program regulations).
• Recognition of academic results according to the bilateral cooperation agreement between Phu Xuan University and the partner university.
Obligations:
• Complete at least 25 CFU (Crediti Formativi Universitari) with a minimum grade of 25/30.
• Fulfill all tuition and administrative fees at Phu Xuan University as required for students participating in bilateral exchange programs.
• Requirements of the language proficiency of the host institution.
Example:
- Students who do not hold an Italian language certificate equivalent to B1 (CEFR) issued by an Italian university at the time of application must enroll in and complete a 600-hour Italian language course organized by the Italian Language and Culture Center and Cooperation Development (Itacentro), Phu Xuan University.
- Students from the Faculty of Italian Studies who do not hold an Italian language certificate equivalent to B2 (CEFR) issued by an Italian university at the time of application must enroll in and complete an advanced 600-hour Italian language course organized by the same center.
