Paving the way for dreams of studying in the US, Phu Xuan University is pleased to partner with Youngstown State University – one of the top universities with the best training quality in the US (as rated by Forbes magazine).
Ms. Le Thi Bao Tien – Representative of Youngstown State University (YSU) shared: “We have visited and worked with many universities in Vietnam, but Phu Xuan University strongly impressed us with its practical training programs and its open attitude – ready to integrate with international university environments, especially in the United States.”
The ceremony officially marked the educational cooperation relationship between the two units, with the attendance of leaders from both sides. From Youngstown State University:

The cooperation agreement emphasized:
- Vietnamese students, with the support and companionship of Phu Xuan University, will have the opportunity to study in the USA with a high-quality training program at YSU.
- A series of scholarships up to $5000 will also be awarded to students with outstanding profiles in this intake.
This is a testament to Phu Xuan University’s orientation towards building an international-standard university by developing the scale and quality of international cooperation in training and research.
