
The recent workshop on the theme “Change Management in Applying Digital Transformation in Vietnamese Universities and Colleges”, organized by Phu Xuan University, attracted representatives from over 100 universities, colleges, high schools, and businesses nationwide.
The workshop is part of the project “Capacity Building on Digital Transformation for Vietnamese Universities” (“Digi:Đổi”) funded by the British Council, implemented in the 2023-2025 period by Liverpool John Moores University (UK), Phu Xuan University, the Vietnam Association of Community Colleges (VACC), in collaboration with partners in the UK and Vietnam, aimed at building a digital transformation ecosystem in higher education in Vietnam.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Tien Dong – Vice Rector of Phu Xuan University and representative of the project in Vietnam, shared: “This workshop is not only a venue for institutions to learn but also an opportunity to brainstorm together following the principle of Co-Creation in building a network of experts, creating collaborative links, and sharing breakthrough ideas, jointly laying the foundation for the sustainable development and success of digital education in Vietnam.”
Following 03 successfully organized workshops in Hue, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi during Phase 01 of the “Digi:Đổi” Project, Phu Xuan University and Liverpool John Moores University continue their efforts and commitment, together with the project’s strategic partners, to research suitable models to create positive change in digital transformation in Vietnam.
