As the only university in Vietnam serving as Co-Leader of the DIGI:ĐỔI project – A consortium for digital transformation in Vietnamese Higher Education (funded by the British Council), Phu Xuan University has officially kicked off with connection and cooperation activities with world-leading universities strong in digital technology.

This morning, Phu Xuan University had a working session with representatives from Liverpool John Moores University and The Open University (UK) on this topic. At the exchange, the units expressed goodwill and readiness to accompany Vietnamese higher education in general, and Phu Xuan in particular, in implementing strong digital transformation innovations. This includes further leveraging Phu Xuan’s strengths in information technology.

Professor Tony Wall (Liverpool John Moores University) was surprised by Phu Xuan University’s practical interactive classroom models – Learning Office – and project-based training. He assessed this as one of the innovations in Vietnam that he was very impressed with.

In the coming time, as the Co-Leader of the DIGI:ĐỔI project, Phu Xuan University will continue to implement many practical programs and contribute resources to innovations in technology application in higher education in Vietnam.
