The two-day program focused on training activities related to project design and management within Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE), with the aim of promoting the internationalization of higher education in Vietnam. Project members engaged in discussions, assessments, and reflections on the results achieved so far, while continuing to orient efforts toward building sustainable educational value and establishing the structure of a virtual internationalization center to connect universities domestically and internationally.

In addition to training sessions on curriculum overview, quality management in project design and implementation, partnership development and collaboration agreements, and effective communication strategies, the program also introduced various tools supporting internationalization. These included student and staff portals, an internationalization performance indicator set, a partnership-matching platform, as well as long-term cooperation strategies and risk management approaches. Collectively, these components aim to create effective cooperation models and ensure the sustainability and long-term impact of projects beyond their completion.

The next STRIVE project meeting and working session will take place in Portugal in March 2025, focusing on training in project budget management and developing implementation plans for CBHE projects.
